Mini Meat Rolls

1 lbs. of ground beef
½ cup of oatmeal
1 egg
1/2 pkg of Lipton onion soup mix
1 Tablespoon of Worsteshire sauce
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Deli sliced ham
1 cup shredded cheese
1 can drained asparagus spears or pre-cooked fresh asparagus

Mix first 6 ingredients together and using a piece of wax paper, pat out into a rectangle approx 6 x 8 inches, ½ in thick

Lay 3 slices of ham, staying at least 1 inch from the edge on top of meat mixture, then sprinkle with Colby or cheddar cheese, then lay asparagus spears across the top of the cheese, using the wax paper to help you roll the rectangle lengthwise on itself and pinch the seam closed and fold down the ends to seal. Drizzle bottom of pan with olive oil, place seam side down in the Microhearth. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, turn meat roll over and cook for 3 minutes, turn over and place back in microwave for additional 2 minutes

Remove from pan let set for a few minutes, slice and serve with hollandaise or sauce of choice drizzled over or on the side.
